Understanding that each building is unique, NRFM will obtain and review your buildings documentation ensuring all warranties and service periods are provided. Our extensive network of trades, technicians, consultants, service providers and supplies ensure all repairs, services or upgrades are performed to a high standard. NRFM works with each client to develop and maintain an effective building maintenance budget, factoring in forecast capital works and equipment lifecycles whilst achieving optimal results within each client’s overall budget. NRFM continually monitors expenditure and communicates with each client progressively throughout the year.
